Being a single mother of 4, and having a deadly genetic brain disorder run in my family, life demands that I live a healthly lifestyle. I have personally tested all products on this website and recommend them fully. God set up much of our environment with things that soothe and heal us. Music, scented candles and essential oils all help the process of healing and de-stressing ourselves.
